Your Health.
Your Power.
Your Future.
You keep promising that you will live… Later.
You're the woman who handles everything. And underneath the competence, you're exhausted — quietly promising yourself you'll really live later. When things calm down. After this quarter. Next year.
But "later" never shows up on its own. A life spent getting through isn't a life — it's a waiting room for a someday no one is promised.
You're a high performer; that's not changing, and you shouldn't have to trade it away. The only question is whether you're also keeping score of the things that make a life — hours with the people you love, trips you actually took, the dreams you keep shelving.
There's a better scoreboard. I call it Training for 80.
80 is an age I'm scared I won't be — but I don't just want to reach it. I want to arrive there strong, with my people, having actually lived.
That's what Training for 80 means: build the long, vibrant life and stop deferring the one you've already got — without giving up the career you built. I help high-achieving women do exactly that.
Your career, your health, and your life aren’t separate projects.
Right now the world hands you three separate experts: a doctor for when something's already wrong, a coach for your career, and a trainer for your fitness. None of them asks how it all fits together — or what you want your one life to be. None of them digs deep enough to build a plan that's truly yours. And you don't have time for all of them, plus one more appointment.
That's the gap I fill. Your body, who you are, and the life you want aren't three problems for three experts — they're the groundwork for one life, and I help you lay it as one: the capacity to meet whatever comes, the agency to lead your own care, and a life — career included — you're building on purpose instead of just surviving.

You need someone who sat in your chair.
Too many high-achieving women are exactly where I was—exhausted — while telling themselves it's just part of being busy or worse yet, this is the only road to success.
Bad skin? Just stress.
Anxiety? Everyone has it.
Exhaustion? That’s what coffee is for.
Cycling through restrictive diets? I'll get it together... eventually.
Living on takeout and frozen meals? I don't have time to cook.
Vacation time? I can't afford to take time off—too much on my plate.
Meanwhile, you're getting 15 minutes once a year with a doctor who wants to help but doesn't have the system support to really look—not at your energy, your skin, your sleep, your mental clarity at 3pm, or your metabolic terrain.
I'm not a wellness influencer who found a supplement. I climbed the same ladder you're on — 20+ years in corporate, an Executive MBA from Michigan's Ross School of Business, a VP seat at a multi-billion-dollar company. I think in strategy, risk, and return, and I treat your health and your life like the high-stakes project they are.
I trained where it counts: a Certified Terrain Advocate (Dr. Nasha Winters' methodology) and a Functional Nutrition & Metabolism Specialist. In plain terms — I can read your labs, make sense of the hormones and energy and "it's just aging" that everyone else waves off, and turn it into a plan. No band-aids, and no being dismissed — just the data on what's actually going on, and the trends over time.
And here's what I'm not: I don't sell miracles in either direction — no magic supplement that cures, no protocol that guarantees you'll never get sick. Your physician (and your oncologist, if you have one) stays firmly in the picture; I complement your medical team, never replace it.
Stop Waiting for Someday
